My Godson Sam is not only my second biggest fan, (behind my wife of course,) but he's also a budding filmmaker. He followed our progress on the set - his mom drove him down the 350 plus miles from the Oakland bay area every week - to create a series of shorts documenting the making of "the kiss."

His Mom writes:
is a 9th grade student at Venture School (San Ramon, Ca.). Since the very first time he could even hold a video camera, Sam has had one to his eye. His films have been recognized in The Mill Valley Film Festival, The International Youth Film Festival in Hollywood, Tower of Youth (Sacramento), in San Francisco at Zeum and The Bernal Heights Film Festival. Sam is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. He's also been a featured actor in dozens of independent films. He spends his weekends studying film and filmmaking at San Francisco Art&Film, is crazy about opera, Shakespeare, and all sorts of dance.
